摘要
在衡钢30t电炉上采用炉壁氧枪、油氧枪技术,提高了电炉的用氧水平,电炉电耗降低67kWh/t,全程冶炼时间缩短21min,冶炼成本下降15.16元/t。
The technologies of furnace wall oxygen lance and oil-xoygen lance adopted in 30t EAF at the steelmaking plant of Henggang, improve the oxygen-using level o the EAF, reduce electric energy consumption about 67 kW·h/t, shorten the tap to tap time by 21 min and cut down the melting costs by 15.16 Yuan/t.
