摘要
通过利用电磁技术处理热轧厂废水的试验,得出了试验工况条件下浊度和铁的去除率,确定了最佳工况条件。结果表明,在合适的条件下,废水中的浊度和铁含量能够有效去除,且处理水达到了工艺循环水的水质标准。
The effort of this paper is to apply the electromagnetic separator technology to the disposal wastewater in hot steel rolling, to record Turbidity and Fe capture efficiency under different working conditions in a series of experiments, and to determine the best working condition. The results shows that, under the appropriate conditiorts Turbidity and Fe can be removed efficiently and the quality of the treated water is quite good to meet the requirement of technological circulating water.
