摘要
以PAS系统在石家庄地区电网调度中心的使用情况为例,概述了在地区电网调度管理工作中应用PAS系统的功能特点和实用化过程,重点对该系统各部分的调试和使用经验进行了分析总结;对网络建模时特殊问题的处理方式, 做了详细说明;用实例阐述了系统各模块对电网调度管理工作的实际意义;对系统相关运行指标进行了评价和分析;最后就其在电网调度中的发展与完善进行了探讨。
Taking the using of PAS system for Shijiazhuang region network dispatching center as example, the paper summarizes the characteristics and application process of PAS system for the region network dispatching management, emphasizes on the analysis and conclusion of every parts of system＇s commissioning and experience. Then, explains the disposal method of special problems at the network modeling in detail, also expounds the actual meaning of every modules on the network dispatching and management, then appraises and analyzes the system＇s operation indexes, at the end, discusses the development and improvement of PAS system for the network dispatching.
