摘要 提出了一种可变细分的高性能步进电机驱动电源,该电源用于驱动三相反应式步进电机。细分波形由AT89S52单片机控制DAC0832数/模转换器产生,驱动单元采用高压型恒流斩波电路。该电源在控制步进电机转动时,微步精度高,低速运转时电机振荡小,高速运转时输出力矩大。通过选择合适的细分数,可与不同档次的CNC控制器配套使用。批量使用结果表明,该电源稳定性好、性价比高,具有一定的推广使用价值。 A type of variable subdivision high performance driving power supply for stepper motor has been presented in the paper which is used to drive three - phase reaction stepper motor. The subdivision waves are generated by DAC0832 D/A converters that are controlled by AT89S52 single - chip microcomputer. The driving unit adopts high - voltage type constant current chopping circuit. When being used to drive stepper motor, the driving power supply has high accuracy of micro - step angle, the vibration of the stepper motor is low at low speed and the power supply outputs high torque at high speed.By selecting proper subdivision number, the power supply is suited to different classes of CNC controllers. The result of it's being used in batches shows that the power supply has good stability and high ratio of performance to price so it has great value of being popularized and used.
