摘要 借助全球技术转移资料,特别是张江高科技园区实地调查资料,分析了技术势能、技术合作伙伴之间的距离、技术扩散通道的内外环境等三个因子对宏观、微观两个尺度技术扩散的不同影响和机理,并分析了上海市张江高科技园区技术扩散的特征,提出了推动张江高科技园区技术扩散的改进措施。 Based on the data of global technology transfer, especially on the survey data of Zhangjiang High-tcch Park in Shanghai, this paper analyses the process of spatial technology diffusion. The authors point out that high technology potential, short distance between technology partners and convenient transfer channel are the essential three factors for favorable technology transfer. Different factors emphasize on different transfers of different spatial scale. In macro-spatial scale, regions that have little technology potential gap to innovation headstream and provided with similar transfer exterior-environment firstly accept innovation, whereas distance does not matter. In micro-spatial scale, distance and transfer interiorenvironment are crucial to technology diffusion due to their large-scale effect and agglomeration effect, yet technology potential works feebly. Profited from the "Development Stratagem of Focus on Zhang, jiang", Zhangjiang High-tech Park has improved her technology transfer channel and enhanced the abilities of accepting foreign technology, innovating independently and transferring further to other Chinese regions by advantages of high technology potential, convenient transfer channel and access to technology highlands such as America, Europe and Japan. However, enterprises in Zhangjiang High-tech Park contact vertically closer more than horizontally, which would embarrass its technology diffusion in a long time.
