摘要
在对核心能力刚性与柔性的内涵、形成原因、作用机制等作了详细分析的基础上,提出企业必须根据环境的动荡性确定合理的核心能力柔性水平,在核心能力的刚性与柔性间保持动态的平衡。
Both rigidity and flexibility are the critical dimensions of core competence. This paper analyzes the connotation. the formation, the operating mechanism of rigidity and flexibility of core competence, and proposes that enterprises should determine the proper flexible level and maintain dynamic balance between the rigidity of and the flexibility of core competence according to the change of environment.
