摘要 企业文化具有不易被改变的刚性特征。以组织的生命周期为主线,围绕组织的设计过程、组织战略的形成过程和组织知识的演化过程,探究企业文化刚性特征的形成机理,并指出,企业文化刚性问题的实质是一种企业成长过程中的路径依赖或锁定现象,其对组织行为的作用与影响是辩证的。 Corporate culture has an unchangeable rigidity character. Taking organization life cycle as a thread and centering on the process of organization design, strategic formulation, knowledge evolution, this paper analyzes the formulation mechanism of the rigidity character of corporate culture. The paper also points out that the rigidity character of corporate culture is a phenomenon of path dependence in organization development, and its influence is dialectical.
