机电控制系统的信息集成研究

Research on information integration in electromechanical control system

由于机电控制系统通信网络协议不一致、运行平台各异,使得它们难以实现互联和互操作。针对实现信息集成所存在的问题,提出了以太网和现场总线的混合控制网络系统,并进行了可行性论证。在基于OPC技术实现控制网络的信息获取和数据交换的基础上,详细介绍了基于SNMP协议的以太网络管理系统的结构以及对机电系统进行远程监控和管理的过程。

Because of diversity of network communication protocol and operating platform in electromechanical control system, it is difficult to interconnect and interoperate. According to the problems of realizing information integration, the hybrid control network system based on ethemet was presented. Based on the information acquisition and data exchange using OPC technique, ethemet network management system based on SNMP protocol and process of remote control and management to electromechanical system was presented.
