介绍了如何利用VB,通过调用语音引擎SAPI,结合数据库技术,如何实现英语学习软件开发,从设计思路、实现原理和实现方式做了详细介绍,并提出了一种新的思路:双语学英语,从而摆脱了传统的必须依赖电脑屏幕学习英语的弊端。
How to use visual basic with the aid of SAPI, which is a kind of sound application interface, converged database technologies to design English learning software, was described. Furthermore, a new idea of bilingual study english was proposed to get rid of traditional improper ways of studying on computer screen.
