磁记忆法在含超标缺陷管座角焊缝应力状态检测中的应用

摘要 用磁记忆检测(MMT)法评价了含超标缺陷管座角焊缝长期服役后的应力集中状况。通过对含超标缺陷管座与其它管座焊缝及预制受损试样残余应力水平的比较,认为超标缺陷尚处于稳定状态,为含超标缺陷管座的运行监督提供了依据。 The stress concentration state of weld joint on a tube socket containing defects exceeding grade after long term service has been evaluated by using the magnetic memory test (MMT). Throwgh comparison of weld joints on tube socket containing defects exceeding grade and on other tube socket, as well as the residual stress levels of prefabricated damaged samples, it is believed that the defects containing exceeding grade are still in a stable condition, providing basis for operating supervision of tube sockets containing defects exceeding grade.
