摘要
对EAST托卡马克极向场电源系统的关键设备之一——大功率直流快速晶闸管开关设计进行了详细介绍,如主电路方案设计、换流回路优化设计、保护电路设计、充电机设计等;从提高晶闸管开关运行可靠性(包括关断可靠性、开通可靠性、通态和断态可靠性等)的角度结合仿真分析了各设计要点的必要性,并提出了进一步改进的措施。调试与试验结果证明了上述设计与分析工作的正确性。
The high power DC thyristor switch is one of key equipments of the poloidal field power supply system in EAST super-conductive TOKAMAK. This paper investigates the optimal design of DC thyristor switch, including that of main circuit of thyristor DC switch, main thyristor and diode parameter, snubber circuit, protection circuit, parameters setting of forced commutation circuit, and circuit and design of charger and so on. All factors that affect operational reliability of thyristor DC switch from four aspects of turn-on, turnoff, on-state, and off-state reliability are analyzed. Some measures are proposed to improve operational reliability of DC thyristor switch. The experiment results are presented in the paper.
