摘要
从乙炔出发经两步合成了3-己炔-1-醇。考察了不同烷基化试剂、反应温度、反应时间、试剂用量等因素对收率的影响,从而确定了合适的反应条件并降低了生产成本。
Hexyn-1-is synthesized starting from acetylene in two stages. In the first stage, acetylene reacts with sodium and bromoethane to form butyne, In the second stage, butyne reacts with sodium and oxirane to form 3-hexyn-1-ol.The overall yield of two stages is 34 %. The effect of alkylating agents, reaction temperature,reaction time, quantity of reagents on the overall yield is studied, and the best reaction condition is determined.
