钼酸铵分光光度法测定城市污泥中的总磷

Ammonium Molybdate Spectrophotometric Method for Determination of Total Phosphorus in Municipal Sewage Sludge

在高压灭菌器中于120℃下,用过硫酸钾溶液消解城市污水处理厂污泥,采用钼酸铵分光光度法测定污泥中总磷的含量.该方法的相对标准偏差〈1.5%,加标回收率为95.8%～107.3%,准确度较好.

Potassium persulfate was used to digest the sewage sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant in the high pressure sterilizer at 120 ℃, and the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method was used to determine total phosphorus content in the sewage sludge. The determination result shows that the relative standard deviation is less than 1.5%, and the recovery with standard addition is 95.8% - 107.3% with higher accuracy.
