摘要
目的 探讨低强度激光(LEL)照射对正畸牙移动的影响。方法 采用LEL对36例错[牙合]畸形矫治病人右侧上颌尖牙进行照射,每日1次,每次15min,共照射5次,左侧为对照侧。利用计算机图像分析仪于牙移动后7、14和21d时,分别在石膏模型上测量尖牙远中移动距离,并进行统计学分析。结果 实验侧牙齿移动距离均大于对照侧(t=2.176~3.190,P〈0.05)。结论 LEL照射能有效地促进正畸牙齿移动。
Objective To study the effects of low energy laser (LEL) irradiation on orthodontic tooth movement. Methods The upper right canines were irradiated by LEL (He-Ne laser+CO2 laser) in 36 malocclusion patients, 15min/day for five days. The left side was served as control, The distance of canine movement was measured on the model using a computerized image analyzer on 7th, 14th and 21st day, respectively. All values were statistically analyzed. Results The tooth movement of the experiment group was greater than that of the control group (t=2. 176-3. 190, P〈0.05). Conclusion LEL irradiation can effectively accelerate orthodontic tooth movement.
