摘要
钡-茜素红-明胶在pH值为4.0的稀缓冲溶液中能显示很稳定的颜色,应用双波长K系数分光光度法,可以测其钡的含量。把通过阳离子交换柱的土壤浸提液与过量钡盐标准溶液相混合,使其产生硫酸钡沉淀,然后测定过滤液中剩余的钡,借以间接地测算土壤中硫酸根离子的含量。此分析方法具有较高灵敏度及准确性,可在土壤分析范围内推广。
Barium-Alizarin S-Gelatin, a newly discovered developing system in this paper, can improve both the sensitivity and accuracy of analysis methods. By using it, a satisfactory result of analysis will be reached to determine indirectly the content of sulphate in soil.
