大都市区城市交通系统与铁路枢纽整合研究

The Study of Integrating of Urban Transportation System and Railway Hub in Metropolitan Area

大都市区的逐渐形成和发展是我国城市化进程中的一个重要特征,这与世界城市化发展的主导趋势是一致的。在新的城市空间形式下,交通运输系统作为其基本功能要素之一,从结构模式到运营管理都面临新的要求和挑战。本文分析了大都市区城市交通系统与铁路枢纽整合的缘由,以成都大都市区为对象,阐释了整合条件,给出了整合原则、整合流程,讨论了整合的适用方法,提出并分析了铁路参与大都市区城市交通运输的四种模式。最后还指出了实现系统整合的其他技术环节,为实现大都市区多方式交通运输系统整合提供了系统思想和技术途径。

In the urbanized course of China there is an important character that is the gradually formation and development of the metropolitan areas, which is consistent with the urbanization trend in the world. Under such new space form of cities, transportation system, the fundamental element of metropolitan areas, is faced with new challenges involving configuration, operation and management. So this paper analyses the introduction of this topic, and aimed at Chengdu Metropolitan Area it expounds the basic conditions of the metropolitan area, presents integrating principles and flow, discusses integrating methods in point. Four modes for the integration of urban transportation system and railway huh in the metropolitan area are proposed in this paper, and the other technical steps are also recommended. Thus the systematic ideas and technical approaches are provided for the multi-modal integration of transportation systems in metropolitan areas.
