摘要
对复合材料重型车车架进行了优化设计研究,以复合材料车架重量为目标函数,分别建立了以车架纵梁复合材料铺层厚度为设计变量的优化模型和以复合材料铺层角度及厚度为设计变量的优化模型。优化结果表明,从现代复合材料的应用与复合材料结构优化设计两方面入手进行汽车大型承载部件的轻量化研究,是非常有效的方法。
Optimized design for Frame structure with compound materials in heavy duty vehicle is done in the article. The weight of frame with compound materials being targeted function, two optimized models are established, one using layer thickness of compound materials on longitudinal beam as variable, the other using layer angle and thickness of compound materials as variable. The optimized result proves it effective to do lightweight study on automobile's large - size load parts from the point of both the application and structure optimized design of modern compound materials.
