四逆汤超微颗粒与传统饮片对离体豚鼠心脏作用的比较研究

Comparion of Traditional cut crude and Ultra-micro Granule in Sini Decoctionon Effecting on Guinea Pigs' Hearts

目的比较四逆汤超微颗粒和传统饮片两种不同剂型对豚鼠离体心脏作用是否存在差别。方法采用血清药理学方法,用家兔制备含药血清,加入豚鼠离体心脏灌流液(洛氏液)中,以超微颗粒与传统饮片含药血清对豚鼠心输出量、心肌收缩力、心率的影响为评价指标来判断两种不同剂型在药效学上是否存在差别。结果传统饮片四逆汤与1/2剂量的超微颗粒四逆汤对豚鼠心脏的心输出量、心肌收缩力、心率与空白对照组相比明显增强(P<0.05或P<0.01),而两者之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论超微颗粒与传统饮片两种饮片的四逆汤对心脏的作用可以达到等效。

Objective To observe the difference between traditional cut crude drug（TC- CD）and ultra-micro granule drug （UGD） in Sini decoction （SD） on the guinea pigs＇ heart in vitro. Methods With the serum pharmacology, the serum contenting medicine was separated from rabbits, then the cardiac output, cardiac contractility and heart rate effected by both tranditional and ultra micro drug, were used as the index to determie the difference between the two drug. was added into the guinea pigs＇ heart in vitro. Contractile force and hearts rate was observed. Results Sini decoction in both drug promoted the cardiac output, cardiac contractility and heart rate of the guinea pigs strongly camparied with control group P〈0.05, and in the both there was no difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional cut crude Sini Decoction and ultramicro granule in Sini Decoction have the same pharmacodynamic action.
