摘要
花椒酰胺是花椒中重要的活性成分,是花椒呈麻味的主要成分,暂称花椒麻味素。花椒麻味素具有多种生理功能,如麻醉、兴奋、抑菌、祛风除湿、杀虫和镇痛等,预测在食品,医药,化妆品等方面会被广泛应用,目前尚未见花椒麻味素工业生产的相关报道。研究其分离纯化及检测方法对充分利用我国丰富的花椒资源,开发新产品具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
As a kind of important active substance, fagaramide is the main component that tastes numb, With the activities of narcosis, exciting, bacteriostasis, dispelling pathogenic wind, insect disinfestations, assuaging pain, etc, it could be used widely in food, medicine and cosmetic. There is no comment about its industrial production by now. An advanced research on technology of isolation, purification and inspection is meaningful for making use of the rich resource of Zanthoxylum L and exoloring new oroducts.
