摘要
本文从光的叠加原理出发,详细地计算了两束不等光强的相干光经圆孔夫朗和费衍射后两爱里斑斑心联线上的光强分布,以及衍射屏面上的衍射图样。并将它与非相干情况下的衍射作比较,严格的数字计算表明:两者的光强分布和衍射图样都存在着很大的差别。在此基础上给出了发射不等光强相干光的两物点恰能分辨的距离。
In this paper to calculate carefully light intensity distribution of two-beam unegual intensity coherent rays passing Fraunhofer circular aperture diffraction itsAiry disk tie with rays wave superposition pri-nciple, its diffraction pattern have been derived on the diffraction screem. It is compared with incoherent rays diffraction. The rigorous numerical result shows that they have much different in light intensity distribution and its diffraction pattern. Then, it is infered two-points minimumresolvable distance of radiant unegual intensity Coherent Rays.
