Determination of Calcium in Human Blood by Spectrophotomery

以邻甲酚酞络合酮为显色剂,8-羟基喹啉掩蔽镁离子进行钙含量测定的研究,经测定几种钙制剂口服给药后血钙浓度,结果证明本法简便,快速,灵敏度和选择性完全可以满足血清钙测定的要求,在显色剂中加入硫乙酸钠,可使显色剂更为稳定,回收率为103.5±4％,CV为1.25％,线性范围为40-400ug/mL,最小检测限为2μg。

A method for the determination of calcium concentration in Human blood was studied, using o-Cresolphthalein complexon as color reagent and 8-hydroxyl-quininin as covering reagent. Calcium in blood was determinated by administration of some preparations. The results show that the method was very simple and convenient. The color reagent was more stable after sodium thioacetate was added in it. The recovery was 103. 5 + 4% (CV=1. 25%). The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 40-400μg/ml. The minimun limit of determination was 2μg.
