摘要
由2,2’-亚甲基-二-(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯、三氯化铝和氢氧化钠合成了二[2,2'-亚甲基-双- (4,6-二叔丁基苯氧基)磷酸]羟基铝,产率超过90%;将该铝盐和有机羧酸盐复配,得到有机磷酸盐类成核剂HBP。通过对聚丙烯的改性表明,当成核剂HBP的添加量为0.2份(质量份,下同)时,制品的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、热变形温度和结晶温度可提高20%-30%,而制品的雾度则降低60%。
Aluminum 2, 2'-methylene-bis (4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphate monohydmxide was synthesized from 2,2'-methylenebis- (4,5-di- tert-butylphenyl) phosphate, aluminum trichloride ,. and sodium hydroxide, with a yield of the organophosphate above 90 %. The organophosphate was compounded with some organic carboxylic salt generating an organic phosphate nucleating agent HBP. When the dosage of HBP was 0.2 phr, the flexural modulus, flexural strength, crystallization peak temperature, and thermal deformation temperature of polypropylene increased by 20 % -30 %, the haze decreased by 60 %.
