逆转录聚合酶链反应检测鼻息肉环氧合酶-2mRNA表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测研究环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-,COX-2)mRNA在鼻息肉组织中的表达水平,深入认识鼻息肉炎性发病机制。方法利用逆转录-聚合链反应(RT-PCR反应)检测35例鼻息肉组织及23例下鼻甲标本的环氧合酶-2的表达。结果鼻息肉组织中COX-2mRNA表达明显高于下鼻甲正常黏膜。结论鼻息肉组织中COX-2表达明显增高,鼻息肉发病过程中有前列腺素参与。 [Objective] To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) mRNA in nasal polyps to investigate the mechanism of inflammation in the nasal polyps. [Methods] Reverse transcfiption-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method was used to determine cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression in 35 nasal polyps and inferior turbinates (23 normal controlled group). [Results] COX-2 expression is remarkably upregulated in nasal polyps compared to normal controlled group. [Conclusions] The results showed that nasal polyp was a chronic reactive inflammatory disease on which prostaglandins play an important role.
