三江地区部分肝病患者血清中乙肝病毒基因型的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究黑龙江省三江地区部分肝病患者血清中的乙肝病毒基因型。方法采用基因型特异引物的巢式聚合酶链式反应方法对29例乙肝携带者、9例急性肝炎、36例慢性肝炎、19例肝硬化和3例肝癌患者血清中HBV基因型进行分析。结果HBVB型31例(32.3%)、C型62例(64.6%)、有3例患者同时检出基因型B和C。结论三江地区存在HBVB和C型,而且C型为主要基因型,另外还有少数B、C型混合感染。 [Objective] To determine the genotype of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) of the Sanjiang Region, Heilongjiang province. [Methods] 29 HBV carriers, 9 patients with acute hepatitis, 36 patients with chronic hepatitis, 19 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 3 patients with liver cancer had their serum HBV genotypes differentiated by the method of nested -polymerase chain reaction (NT-PCR) of genotype-specific sequences. [Results] HBV geno- type B was found in 31 cases (32.2%) and genotype C in 62 cases (64.6%), and both genotype B and C coexisted in 3 cases (3.1%). [Conclusion] The results suggested that there were two genotypes: B and C HBV, the genotype C was the major genotype, and there were few cases who were coinfected by both genotype B and C HBV.
