百例多批瓦斯爆炸伤抢救体会(附118例报告)

Experience in the rescue of a hundred patients injured by gas explosion in groups (A report of 118 cases)

目的:探讨瓦斯爆炸伤对人体的伤害情况。方法:回顾分析20年共收治118例瓦斯爆炸伤员的抢救过程。结果:118例病例中死亡16例,半数死亡面积LD50为80．99％,死亡病例都是伤后4小时以后入院。结论:瓦斯爆炸伤对人体伤害极大,伤后及时转院和有效地休克复苏治疗是降低死亡率的关键。

Objective： To study the injury caused by gas explosion. Method： A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 118 cases injured by gas explosion was made. Result： Among the 118 cases, 16 cases died. LDS0 injured area was 80.99%. All the dead cases entered the hospital later than 4 hours post burn. Conclusion： Gas explosion resulted in serious injury of human body. Patients should be sent to the hospital quickly and effective shock resuscitation measures should be adopted timely in order to reduce death rate.
