MEBO治疗486例深度烧伤创面的临床观察

Clinical observation of 486 cases of deep burn treated with MEBO

目的:总结深度烧伤创面的治疗经验,提高救治水平。方法:自1991年5月至2003年10月间收治的深度烧伤病人为回顾总结对象,全部采用MEBO和全身综合治疗措施治疗,在保障疗效的同时,对不同部位烧伤创面采用暴露与包扎。结果:486例病人非植皮治愈,所有病例经复查无增生性瘢痕及残疾。结论:MEBO可促进深度烧伤创面的愈合, 提高深度烧伤病人的治疗成功率。

Objective： To summarize the experience in treating deep burn wounds in order to raise the level of the treatment, Method： The clinical data of patients with deep burn wounds treated in our hospital during the period from May 1991 to October 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were treated with MEBO and systemic treatment. MEBO was applied in exposed or bandaged way to wounds in different locations. Result： All the 486 patients were cured without skin grafting. No hyperplastic scar formed and no deformity happened. Conclusion： MEBO can promote the healing of deep burn wound, so the successful rate of the treatment is high.
