摘要
目的:总结在骨烧伤创面治疗中,使用MEBO烧伤膏促进肉芽组织生长后延期植皮的临床效果及创面愈合情况。方法:对骨烧伤创面使用MEBO及MEBO油纱包扎疗法。结果:38例患者骨烧伤创面未凿除坏死骨质,延期植皮后创面恢复良好。结论:运用此方法可减轻骨损伤、防止骨感染、提高移植皮片存活率、加速创面愈合。
Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO on promoting granulation of bone burn wound and the efficacy of delayed skin grafting and healing condition of the wounds. Method： Bone burn wounds were treated with MEBO and MEBO gauze bandaging therapy. Resuit： 38 patients with this disease were treated with MEBO without removing necrotic bone substance and were subjected to delayed skin grafting. The wounds healed very well. Conclusion： This method can lessen the injury of bone, prevent bone infection, raise skin graft surviving rate and promote wound healing.
