基层医院应用MEBO治疗烧伤临床体会

Clinical experience with MEBO in treating burns in grass - root hospitals

目的:应用MEBO治疗大面积烧伤已经在临床上广泛开展。但在基层医院相对开展较迟,因此这方面的报道也较少。方法:本文论述了应用MEBO治疗不同类型中小面积烧伤40例,全都治愈,无一例死亡。结果:认为MEBO有以下优点:1．有较强的抗感染作用。2．有明显的止痛作用。3．对皮肤刺激小,减轻创面损伤作用。4．有良好的促进愈合作用。5．MEBO局部用药方便,简单易行。结论:MEBO基层医院可以广泛应用。

Objective： To sum up the experience with MEBO in treating burns in grass - root hospitals. Method： 40 cases of medium and small area burn of different types were treated with MEBO in our hospital, Result： All the patients were cured. No one died. MEBO has the following advantages： 1. Strong anti - infection effect. 2. Marked pain stopping effect. 3. No skin irritation and no further injury to the wounds, 4. Good wound healing promoting effect and 5. It is easy and simple to apply. Conclusion： MEBO can be popularized in grass - root hospitals.
