摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏在痈切开术后换药中的临床疗效。方法:将2002年-2004年我科98例痈切开术后患者随机分为两组:第一组用湿润烧伤膏油纱换药;第二组用凡士林油纱换药,通过治疗随访,对平均愈合时间、瘢痕形成率两方面进行比较。结果:第一组平均愈合时间短于第二组,且第一组瘢痕形成率低于第二组。结论:湿润烧伤膏油纱换药临床效果好,可以缩短疗程,且并发症少,为痈切开术后换药的首选方法。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds post incision of carbuncle. Method： 98 cases of this disease were divided into 2 groups. Patients in the Ist group were treated with MEBO gauze and those in the 2^nd group treated with vaseline gauze. The efficacy of the 2 drugs was compared. Result： The average wound healing time in the 1^at group was shorter than those in the 2^rd group, The scar formation rate in the 1^at group was lower than that in the 2^nd group. Conclusion： MEBO gauze is superior to vaseline gauze. The treating course is shortened and incidence of complications is lowered. MEBO is of 1^st choice for treating wounds post incision of carbuncle.
