空分冷凝蒸发器泄漏判断方法及处理措施

叙述重庆建峰化肥有限公司空分装置生产工况出现异常后所采取的工艺调节、样点分析、保压查漏等分析判断方法,最终确认其主冷凝蒸发器存在一定程度的泄漏。分析泄漏原因,针对泄漏采取停车处理措施。

This paper describes analysis diagnosis methods, such as process adjustment, sample anlysis and under pressure leakage checking at abnormal production of the air separator of Jianfeng chemical plant, finally finds out the leakage of main vapour condenser, analyzes the reasons for the leakage and takes measures to shutdown the separator to treat the leakage.
