摘要
分析中海石油化学有限公司富岛二期化肥合成氨装置分子筛再生加热器(183-C)中压蒸汽冷凝液就地排放,不能按设计回收的原因,介绍改造后的甲烷化炉加热器(172-C)高压蒸汽冷凝液回收流程,实现了合成氨装置加热用蒸汽冷凝液的全部回收,评价技改实现的投资收益。
The MP steam condensate of molecular sieve regeneration heater 183-C in Fudao ammonia plant Ⅱ, CNOOC could not be recycled as per design and had to be discharged directly. This article analyzes the reasons and presents the recycle flow chart of the revamped HP steam con- densate from methanator heater. After that, the steam eondensates from the heaters of the ammonia plant can all be recycled. Investment benefit of the technical revamp is also appraised.
