介绍了合成氨变换系统由中串低变换工艺改造为全低变工艺的情况,优化了生产工艺,节能效果明显,为生产的长周期、高负荷、稳定运行打下了良好的基础。
The innovation of changing middle-low temperature shift to total low temperature shift in ammonia synthesis is described. After the innovation, the producing process is optimized and the energy consumption decreases obviously, which provides good base for high-loaded and steady operation.
