寒冷地区城市住宅窗体结露研究

摘要 目的研究解决寒冷地区城市住宅窗体结露问题,为改善提高人们的居住质量和居住品质.方法采用理论推导为根据、以实地测量数据为依据,从材料、设计、施工和使用四个维度对结露问题进行分析研究.结果针对结露的要素,从材料、设计、施工和使用四个维度提高门窗的表面温度,降低室内的湿度是解决门窗结露问题的关键.结论寒冷地区门窗结露是常见的现象,从材料、设计、施工和使用维护等四个维度综合入手,是目前解决寒冷地区城市住宅窗体结露问题可行的、经济的做法. This article studies the solutions to the problem of the window dew of the north-east city housing in order to improve quality and character of city housing. The writer tries to analyse and resolve the problem from the four aspects of building material, design, construction and repair based on theoretical derivation and data from on-the-spot survey. To counter against the dew-forming elements, the surface temperature of windows should be raised in terms of material, design, construction and repair. It has been resulted that the key point is raising the surface temperature of windows and reducing humidity of rooms, in conclusion, it is common for dew to form on windows in the cold areas, and the only feasible and economical way to solve the problem is to consider the four elements integrally.
