碱胶凝材料复合固体激发剂潮解的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究NaOH做碱胶凝材料激发剂时,在空气中潮解的规律.从而采用与其他化工原料复合的方法,解决潮解的问题.方法采用无机有机化学物质为原料与NaOH复合,用电光分析天平测量其在不同时间段内质量变化情况,记录有效数据,并对试验数据进行对比分析.结果复合后的碱样品在空气中经过一段时间的质量变化后,最终达到稳定,保持干燥状态,不再潮解.结论用在空气中易潮解的NaOH做碱胶凝材料的激发剂,经过无机或有机化合物复合后的碱样品,其潮解呈现特定的规律,在经过从潮解到稳定变化的过程后,复合碱样品的质量不再发生变化,性质也稳定下来,可见将NaOH与胶凝材料混合应用时,由于NaOH的潮解引起的局部碱溶液-矿渣的水化反应,造成碱胶凝材料失效的问题是可以解决的,并且XRD分析复合碱样品的主要成分为NaOH,Na(OH),Na2O2.H2O,Na2CO3H2O,Na2CO3(H2O2)1.5. The research is made on the problem of deliquescence in the air when NaOH is used as alkali-cement activator. Inorganic or organic chemistry matter is compounded with NaOH, and the quality change is measured. After experiencing the quality change in the air for a period, the compound alkali sample achieves stability, stays dry, and does not deliquesce again. The alkali sample deliquescence shows a special law that the compound alkali sample quality does not change any more and the character is also stabilized. It is clear that when NaOH and the glue material are mixed and put to use, the hydration reaction takes place between a part of alkali solution and slag, which is caused by the deliquescence of NaOH and leads to the failure of alkali-cement material. However, the failure problem can be solved. And the major components of compound alkali sample by XRD analyses include NaOH, Na(OH), Na2O2·H2O, Na2CO3H2O, Na2CO3(H2O2)1.5.
