摘要 目的研究利用PLC(可编程序控制器)的高速计数功能,通过构建闭环控制系统模型,实现轴定位的精确位置控制.方法构建闭环控制系统模型,利用PLC的高速计数功能读取和电机同步的光电码盘发出的高速脉冲信号进行计数.结果实现了步进电机的闭环控制和轴定位的精确位置控制.结论PLC的高速计数功能在实际工作中得到了很好的应用,对设备自动化改造和自动机构的控制具有理论和实际指导意义. The control of accurate axle position is discussed in this paper. The pulse output function and highspeed count function of PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) are used to realize the purpose of the study. The main principle of this control and its practical application are discussed. The systematic composition of such control system model is given. Several key problems are discussed. The principle obtained in this study has got very good application in the real work. The usage of this principle in. automatic equipment controlling or in transformation from manual equipment to automatic ones has certain theoretical and actual directive significance.
