摘要
惯性式水平振动输送机是根据动力吸振器原理设计而成,对线性弹簧支承的水平振动输送机,当不考虑阻尼时,下质体振幅为零,上质体是按设计要求的振幅进行振动,达到物料的输送,因此该机不需隔振.当考虑阻尼时,对输送机的参数进行优化设计,对非线性弹簧支承的输送机,可求出上、下质体的振幅.根据设计要求选择其参数.
A new type of metal level vibration vibration conveyor is proposed, making use of the prindple of dynamic vibration absorber. With the case having a linear spring andwhen damping is not taken into consideration, amplitude of the lower body mass is made equal to zero , While amplitude of the upper body mass vibrance according to the design requirements . The conveyor achieves transition of bulk materials, withoutnecessitating an isolation of vibration. When damping is taken into considerationparameters of the conveyor are based on optimal design. With the case having a nonlinear spring, amplitudes of vibration of the upper and lower body mass are calculated and the parameters chosen according to design requrements.
