Analyses the state of operating characteristics of the ballistic and sensitive galvanometers when they measure a weak charge pulse and weak current respectively (the order of magnitude being 10-6 ～ 10-9 coulomb and 10-6 ～ 10-12 ampere aspectively).Characteristic curves of the movement are given and and of the state parameter revealed. The relationship between the critical ballistic constant Kb and ballistic constantKa in the undamped state is deduced and checked by measurement.
