摘要
详细地分析了操作过电压产生机理与危害,提出了电炉设备采取的操作过电压抑制措施,并结合国内外的工程实例加以说明。同时也介绍了过电压抑制装置所用的主要电气元件性能。强调指出:电炉变压器不可能经受住毫无抑制的过电压冲击,对于没有有效过电压抑制的电炉设备,电炉变压器的运行将是十分不稳定的。
Detailed analysis of origin and hazard of operating over voltage surge, presenting suppressive methods of electrical furnace equipment, explanation with domestic and abroad engineering cases. Also introduction of characters of main electrical device applied in operating over voltage surge suppression. Emphasized point in this essay: electrical furnace transformer can not withstand unsuppressed operating over voltage surge, operation of electrical furnace transformer will be very unstable if there is not effective suppression of operating over voltage surge in electrical furnace equipment.
