Oxidation reduction electro-dynamic potential was measured for ISS de-sulfur catalyst solution using Nenrst equation, electrode potential-pH curve（ φ--pH Curve） of de-sulfur solution was drawn, which showed max. thermo-dynamic trend for de-sulfur and regeneration reaction of ISS de-sulfur catalyst. Measuring and drawing methods were introduced for φ-pH Curve of ISS de-sulfur catalyst solution.
