尿素造粒系统的综合改造

摘要 通过对影响尿素产品质量原因的分析,进行尿素造粒系统的综合改造。采取了缩短熔融尿素在系统停留时间;增加造粒塔通风面积;增设尿素循环流化床降温等技改措施。综合技术改造效果表明,提高了尿素产品内在质量和外观品质,一等品率和优等品率达80%,产品售价上升15~60元/t,年增效益600万元,综合改造投资回收期仅为1个月。 Through the analysis on reason effecting urea product quality, comprehensive reformation was made for urea prilling system, by using technical improvement measures of shortening retain time of melt urea in system, increasing ventilating area of priller and adding urea cycle fluidized bed temperature reduction etc. Comprehensive technology reformation effect indicates that the inherent and apparent quality of urea product is increased, the first class rate & superior class rate of products reaches to 80%, the sale price of product is increased by 15- 60 Yuan RMB/t, the annually increased benefit is 6 millions Yuan RMB, the invest recovery period for comprehensive reformation is only one month.
