应用紫露草四分体微核技术对福州市3条内河河水污染的监测试验 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道了应用紫露草(Tradescantiapoludosa)四分体微核技术对福州市3条内河污染的监测试验.结果表明,3条内河河水都受到了不同程度的污染,其污染程度依次是:安泰河>白马河>晋安河.这3条内河除白马河和晋安河的河水为50%稀释液外,其余各处理组与阳性对照组(自来水)比较,其微核率的差异显著性都达到极显著水平(即P<0.01),安泰河的河水甚至还超过阳性对照组(平阳霉素PYM)的诱变水平. The application of the technique of Tradescantia poll,dota terad micronucleus for monitoring POllution from three rivers in Fuzhou City was reported in this paper. The results indicated that three rivers were all polluted in varying degrees and the extent of contamination for three rivers from the greatest to the least was Antal River, Baima River and Jinan River respectively. Except 50% dilutions of samples from Baima River and Jinan River, the different notability of micronucleus rate from any other experimental groups was extremely conspicuous compared with negative group--tap water(p<0.01). And the different notability of micronuclus rate from Antal River experimental groups was even greater than that of PYM, the positive group.
