摘要
针对当前隧道掘进机(TBM)主机设计与开发过程中存在的问题,开发了基于知识工程(KBE)的TBM主机智能设计系统(IDS-TBM)。IDS-TBM结合面向对象方法和CBR方法的优点来综合表达TBM设计实例,基于CATIA/Automation API模块,将KBE扩展模块与CATIA进行集成,借助参数化驱动、表格驱动和产生式规则三种驱动方法进行TBM主机的智能设计,实现了设计知识的重用,显著提高了TBM主机开发效率和快速响应市场的能力。
A Knowledge based intelligent design system for TBM main frame (IDS--TBM) was developed to solve the problems existing in the design of the TBM main frame. Integrating the KBE extension module and the CAD module based on the CATIA/Automation API module, the IDS--TBM represented cases by object--oriented method and case-based reasoning method synthetically and TBM main frame was intelligently designed by parametrical, form and rule driven methods. The system helps engineers reuse the existing knowledge to get higher efficiency and reduces the development time of TBM main frame.
