摘要
主要介绍了采用硼氢化钠还原、硼氢化锌还原、催化加氢还原、加氢甲酰化、硼烷还原、格利雅试剂和甲醛加成、锂铝化氢还原等方法合成环己甲醇的方法及其与其它物质反应合成药物中间体,可以制备生物降解洗涤剂以及可以发生糖基化反应等方面的应用。考虑到经济性问题,提出了由硼氢化钾或钠作为还原剂的合成路线。
Some synthetic methods and important applications of cyclohexyl methanol are mainly discussed in the paper. Its synthetic methods mainly included sodium borohydride reduction, zinc borohydride reduction, catalytic hydrogenation reduction, hydroformylation reaction, borane reduction, addition of grignard reagent and formaldehyde, lithium aluminum hydride reduction, etc., and they are used to react with other substances to prepare drug intermediates, to prepare biodegradable detergent and to proceed glycosidation reaction, etc. Based on consideration of economical problem, a synthetic route by sodium or potassium borohydride as reducing agent is put forward.
