摘要
通过分析虚拟制造中数控加工仿真的相关技术,利用对加工系统三维几何模型和加工过程仿真等模块的设计,进行了面向虚拟制造的数控加工仿真系统的研究.在Visual C++6.0开发环境下,开发了以铣削某零件为例的数控加工仿真系统,直观实时性显示了零件的加工过程.
By analysing the related technology of numerical control machining simulation in virtual manufacturing, a numerical control machining simulation system is studied through modeling the 3D geometry model and machining process simulation model. The system is developed taking the example of some milling part to imitate numerical control machining process in real-time on Visual C+ + 6.0 environment.
