摘要 利用5MeV电子束辐照AgNO3溶液浸泡的TiO2薄膜,得到高性能的Ag/TiO2光催化结构.浸泡AgNO3溶液的最佳浓度为5×10-4mol.L-1. Titania thin films produced by the sol gel method are modified by depositing silver via 5 MeV electron beam irradiation of the aqueous solution of silver nitrate. The high efficient Ag/TiO2 structures are obtained. With the examination of photo-catalytic relationship between silver nitrate concentration and The optimum silver nitrate concentration is found to degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution, the the photo-catalytic efficiency of the films is investigated. be 0. 5 mmol·L^-1.
