摘要 介绍了自组织映射(self-organizing maps,SOM)模型,用这种方法处理了中国2000年和1992年不同地区人力资本的构成数据,其结果直观地显示在二维图形上,并进行了分析和对比.结论表明:中国人力资本构成具有明显的地域差异性,但从发展角度来看,除个别地区外,各地人力资本构成情况相对稳定,其差异随时间变化不大. The SOM model is introduced and an application of this model to human capital structure is given. With SOM, the two-dimensional figures of Chinese human capital structure between 31 provinces of China in 1992 and 2000 are presented. Based on these figures, analysis and comparison are processed. The conclusions is that. the diversity of Chinese human capital components between different regions is obvious but comparatively stable.
