摘要
分析了公务员考核制度的激励功能以及存在的主要问题,提出了改进我国公务员考核制度的对策和建议。
This thesis indicates that civil servants' examining system is the most effective incentive mechanism in terms of its function of encouragement. Since the history of such system is not long, there are also some problems in the process of its implementation. It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the civil servant's examining system in China.
