摘要
目的研究细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)、E选择素(E-selectin)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法原理(ELISA),分别检测45例COPD急性加重期患者和20例健康体检者(对照组)血清可溶性ICAM-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性E-selectin(sE-se-lectin)和TNF-α的含量。结果COPD急性加重期患者血清sICAM-1和sE-selectin的平均含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001),并随着阻塞程度的加重而升高(P<0.01);TNF-α与sICAM-1和sE-selectin呈正相关(r=0.899、0.781,P<0.001)。结论ICAM-1和E-selectin参与了COPD的发生和发展,TNF-α是COPD急性加重期诱导ICAM-1和E-selectin表达上调的重要细胞因子。
Objective To investagate the relationship of ICAM- 1 、E- selectin with COPD. Methods The serum soluble ICAM- 1 and E- selectin from 45 exacerbated COPD patients and 20 healthy volunteers as controls were measured by double antibody sandwich quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Both of serum sICAM- 1 and sE- selectin in exacerbated group were significantly higher than those in controls ( P 〈0.001). The contents of serum slCAM- 1 and sE- selectin were increased with clinical severity development ( P 〈 0.01). TNF-α was positive correlated with sICAM - 1 ( r = 0.899, P 〈 0.001) and E -selectin ( r = 0.781, P 〈 0.001). Conclusion ICAM- 1 and E-selectin participate the pathogenesis and development of COPD. TNF-α is a key eytokine in inducing upregulation expression of ICAM- 1 and E- selectin.
