摘要 用电加热金属丝网快速热解装置,在氮气气氛和常压条件下,考察神府煤和东胜镜质组和丝质组富集物的热解行为及快速热解焦的燃烧气化特性。随热解终温和加热速率的升高,失重率增加,燃烧特性温度向高温方向移动。气化反应性在热解终温范围内出现最大值,且随加热速率升高,反应性增加。东胜镜质组的失重率比丝质组高达30%,快速热解过程改变了镜质组热性质,产生熔融、膨胀,薄壁开口气孔丰富,其焦燃烧性能比丝质组焦好,气化反应性高于丝质组焦。 The flash pyrolysis behaviors of Shenfu coal,Dongsheng Vitrinite(DS-V),and Inertinite(DS-I)and the technological properties of their chars were measured in N2 under atmospheric pressure in wire-mesh flash pyrolysis reactor, As the pyrolysis end temperature and heating rate increased, the weight loss increased and the combustion characteristic temperature moved to higher temperatures. The gasification rate increased as heating rate increased and had a maximum value in the range of pyrolysis end temperatures.The weight loss of DS-V was higher than that of DS-I. The flash pyrolysis process changed the thermal properties of DS-V and made it swell with rich thin-wall open pore.Its char combustion and gasification properties were better than those of DSD-I.
