采用静态法以臭氧及过氧化二异丙苯（ＤＣＵＰ）为引发剂制备非极性固定液ＳＥ－５２弹性石英毛细管交联柱，制得的柱子具有柱效高、内壁惰性好、耐溶剂冲洗等特点。柱子适用于烷烃类样品分离。方法简便，适用于一般实验室。
